Pre-launch legal draft
Operator legal name, registered address, monitored legal and privacy contacts, governing law, and final counsel approval are still required before production launch.
1. Commitment
noma aims to provide an inclusive property-search experience and targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for core browsing, search, inquiry, and legal-information flows.
2. Measures
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and keyboard-operable controls.
- Visible focus states, sufficient color contrast, responsive layouts, and scalable text.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and text equivalents for icon-only controls.
- Testing across desktop and mobile layouts, including common assistive-technology patterns.
3. Known limitations
Interactive maps and third-party content can present accessibility limitations. Listing media and descriptions supplied by third parties may also lack complete alternatives. noma should provide equivalent listing details in text and improve reported barriers as the service develops.
4. Feedback
The production service must publish a monitored accessibility contact. Reports should identify the page, the barrier encountered, the assistive technology or browser used where relevant, and the preferred response method.
Service: noma. Primary launch market: Puerto Aventuras, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
