1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using noma, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering contracts. If you use noma for a business or property owner, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party.

2. What noma provides

noma provides property discovery, community information, listing presentation, favorites, inquiries, and seller-intake tools. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, noma is not the property owner, landlord, buyer, lender, insurer, escrow provider, notary, tax advisor, or legal advisor.

A listing, message, viewing request, or displayed price is not an offer, guarantee, reservation, valuation, or binding contract.

3. Listings and map information

• Availability, price, currency, fees, taxes, measurements, amenities, rules, photographs, and descriptions may change or contain errors.
• Map pins are approximate by design and may identify only a marina, beach, golf, or residential pocket rather than a building or parcel.
• Users must independently verify title, ownership, authority to lease or sell, permits, zoning, condominium rules, HOA obligations, utilities, condition, boundaries, and transaction costs.
• Images may be illustrative, staged, generated, edited, or supplied by third parties unless expressly identified otherwise.

4. User conduct

• Do not submit false identities, fraudulent listings, misleading documents, unlawful content, malware, scraping tools, or automated requests that burden the service.
• Do not copy, republish, harvest, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit listings, images, map data, or user information without permission.
• Do not use the service to discriminate unlawfully, harass others, evade sanctions, launder money, or facilitate an unlawful transaction.

5. Seller and agent responsibilities

Anyone submitting a property confirms that they own it or have written authority to market it, and that the information and media supplied are accurate, lawful, current, and do not infringe another person's rights.

noma may request verification, edit presentation, reject or remove a listing, limit publication, or preserve records where fraud, safety, quality, or legal concerns arise.

6. Inquiries, viewings, and payments

noma may route an inquiry to the relevant listing representative. Response times, availability, identity verification, and the conduct of a viewing are controlled by the parties involved.

Do not send money through noma or based solely on a listing or message. Independently verify the recipient, property, written agreement, payment instructions, and appropriate notary, escrow, banking, or legal process.

7. Third-party services

Links, messaging services, map tiles, payment providers, and external websites are operated by third parties. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, and content are their responsibility. A link or integration is not an endorsement.

8. Intellectual property

noma's brand, interface, original copy, design, software, and compilation of content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Listing contributors retain rights in their material while granting noma a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, adapt, display, distribute, and promote it for operating the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, noma disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for a party's conduct, a property's condition or legality, external services, lost opportunities, or decisions made from unverified listing information.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final liability limits, governing law, dispute venue, and the contracting legal entity must be approved by counsel before launch.

10. Suspension, changes, and contact

noma may suspend access, remove content, or change features to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. Updated terms will show a revised effective date.

The production version must identify the contracting operator and provide a monitored legal contact before these terms are relied upon.
