Pre-launch legal draft
Operator legal name, registered address, monitored legal and privacy contacts, governing law, and final counsel approval are still required before production launch.
1. Current V1 position
The current noma V1 does not use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.
The site does use anonymous, first-party analytics to understand how the site is used (e.g. which pages are viewed, how you arrived, what device you're browsing on). This analytics is tied only to a random identifier stored in your browser tab's session storage, is erased when you close the tab, and is never linked to your identity or joined with any account, enquiry, or lead. It is enabled by default and can be turned off at any time - see "Your controls" below.
The site also uses browser storage for other features that you request, including saved favorites and your privacy-choice preference. This storage is associated with your browser rather than a signed-in account.
2. Storage used
- `enclave:favorites`: stores listing identifiers you choose to save in local storage.
- `enclave:favorite-details`: stores the title, area, price, and thumbnail needed to show your saved-property drawer without an account.
- `enclave:privacy-choice`: stores whether you've reviewed the privacy/cookie notice and whether you've chosen to keep anonymous analytics on or off.
- Framework, hosting, security, or load-balancing infrastructure may set strictly necessary cookies when deployed, even if they are not present in local development.
3. External requests
The map requests tiles from an external map provider. That provider may receive your IP address, browser information, requested tile coordinates, and request time under its own terms. Opening WhatsApp or another external service likewise transfers you to that provider.
4. Your controls
- Use the cookie notice shown on your first visit, or the Privacy choices control in the footer at any time, to turn anonymous analytics on or off and to clear noma favorites.
- Use browser controls to inspect, block, or delete cookies and site data.
- Blocking required storage may prevent favorites, sessions, security, or preference features from working.
5. Future advertising or personalization
If noma later introduces personalization, advertising technologies, or analytics beyond the anonymous, cookie-free tracking described above, this notice and the preference control must be updated before activation. Where required, those technologies will remain disabled until valid consent is obtained.
